Food Entry:
Today I had a bowl of special K with skim milk. I also had a yogurt around 11 and I had some bell pepper slices with dip. Around 12:30 I had a turkey sandwich and 2 servings of wheat thins. I also had 2 clementines. For dinner I had a protein bar.
Work Out Routine:
Tonight I played 3 games of basketball with the boys. Lots of running.
*Note: I love playing basketball and I felt really good about it. I didn't eat a whole lot today, I need to work on that I think.
