Day 4

Food Entry:

Today I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast. It consisted of 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of natural yogurt and ice. I drank about 3/4 of it. Around 10am I had a yogurt. Around 11:20 I had a cup of pork chili to get some protein in. Then around 1:15pm I had a granola bar.
Later we had a party for one of my classes and everyone brought something to the potluck. I was a little hungry and I had 2 thin slices of french bread dipped in 2 tablespoons of artichoke dip. I had some carrots and baby tomatoes dipped in some ranch dip (the ranch dip didn't taste like ranch and wasn't very good). I also had about 6 or 7 pita chips with hummus and tomatoes. I also had a small salad with feta cheese and basalmic dressing on it.
For dinner I had a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with mustard. This was around 7:30pm. I also had a small salad with almonds and cranberries and vinegarette dressing. The last snack I had was around 9pm and it was a South Beach Diet chocolate protein bar.

Work Out Routine:

None today, it is my rest day.

*Note: I feel like I kind of ate a lot today, but I was thoroughly filled throughout the day. Wednesdays I'm always really busy and sometimes forget to eat, so it was nice to always have something at hand that was somewhat healthy. I'm sad that I didn't get a chance to work out but I had run out of time today. Wednesdays will just have to be my rest days for a bit since they are so busy.
