Food Entry:
Today I had a bowl of Special K cereal with 2% milk. For lunch I had a salad with basalmic dressing. I also had a whole wheat roll with butter. For the main dish I had chicken breast with a parmesean cheese and spinach-mushroom filling in the center. I also had a little bit of whole wheat rice. Around 4pm I had a waffle with peanut butter and syrup. When I got home I also had some dry life cereal and hot chocolate.
Work Out Routine:
None, I ran out of time during that day and slacked off. :-(
*Note: Today was my off day, as far as food goes. It should have not been my off day for a work out routine but I slacked off. I hope this won't happen again. Also, I apologize for the slacking off in updating the blog! :-)
