Day 6

Food Entry:

This morning around 8:00am I had a bowl of Special K cereal with 2% milk. Then around 10:30am I had a South Beach Diet Peanut Butter protein bar. For lunch I had a small side salad of spring mixed lettuce, sliced almonds and cranberries drizzeled in Red Wine Vinegarette dressing.
Around 3:00pm I had a chicken soft taco with 4 oz of chicken breast, lettuce, a tbsp of sour cream, 2 oz of cheese and salsa.
Around 5:30pm I had a peanut butter and nutella sandwich on whole wheat bread. I used about 3 Tablespoons of peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of nutella. I also had another South Beach Diet protein bar. Then around 10pm I had an orange.


Work Out Routine:

I used the eliptical for 30 minutes. I did intervals of cardio and strength training on the machine. Then I went to a core conditioning class that was 30 minutes long.

*Note: The work out routine felt good but I kind of wanted to do some more cardio, unfortunately I ran out of time. Hopefully tomorrow I can get in a more exhausting work out. I think my abs will be sore tomorrow though, so that's good!
