Day 3

Food Entry:

Today I ate a bowl of special K with 2% milk for breakfast. A couple hours later I had some yogurt. For lunch I had half of a sandwhich of peanut butter and nutella on whole wheat bread. An hour or so later I also had a salad with red wine vinegarette, sliced almonds and dried cranberries. For a little snack I had 2 clementines. Before my work out I had a Nature Valley granola bar. After my work out I had one chicken soft taco with a teaspoon of sour cream, lettuce and salsa on a whole wheat tortilla.

Work Out Routine:

Today I did P90X plyometrics with Travis. It was a really tough work out with intervals of different types of exercises for the legs (including lunges, squats, jumping, kicking and more). I really broke a sweat on this one.

*Note: I felt really good after I worked out because I was so stressed. I think I did fairly well on eating today. I still need to cut back more on carbs and increase my protein intake. I might look into buying protein bars.
Tonight was the Victoria Secret Fashion Show and it was amazing. Those women are so gorgeous and they work so hard. The show made me more determined now than ever to work really hard to achieve my VS mission! It's going to take a long time, but I think I can do it. Luckily Travis is helping me out and making me work out with him or making sure I'm eating right.
