Day 2

Food Entry:

Today I ate a bowl of special K with 2% milk. For a later snack I had a clementine and less than 6 ounces of cottage cheese. A little bit later I also had a banana and the top of a muffin. I had a granola bar and yogurt around lunch time. For dinner I had a chicken fajita on a whole wheat tortilla and an apple. Before bed I had another clementine.

Work Out Routine:
I had my aerobics class this morning for 30 minutes. We did intervals of running up and down the stairs, then jogging around the gym and then some sort of strength exercise.

*Notes: I'm feeling good but it is really hard to turn down anything sweet like cookies and candy. I hope with time that craving will go away
