Food Entry:
This morning I had a bowl of apple cinnamon cherrios with 2% milk. Then around 12pm I had a South Beach Diet protein bar. I also had a yogurt around 2:30pm. Then I had dinner around 6:30pm and had baked salmon with butter and lemon, and a salad with Red wine vinegarette dressing. I also had a clementine around 7:30pm. I also had 2 small sugar cookies for dessert.
Work Out Routine:
Today I had P90X with Travis again, we did the Kempo work out. It was a really intense work out that was sort of like kick boxing. It really worked my arms and legs. We did this work out for about 1 hour.
*Note: I didn't eat a lot today, and I probably should have but I got really busy. Due to my small amount of caloric intake, I was able to have sugar cookies for dessert, although they were very very small. I felt really good after the work out, I felt stupid during it cause I have no coordination, but it was fun.
